中央音乐学院附中视唱练耳副教授

        武汉音乐学院附中二胡专业、本科中央音乐学院作曲系视唱练耳专业，指导教师熊克炎教授。留校任教后取得本院视唱练耳专业硕士学位，师从洪月华教授。国家留学基金委奖学金获得者，德国柏林汉赛斯勒音乐学院访问学者。上海师范大学音乐学院网络课程特聘名师主讲人； “视唱练耳乐理在音乐学习中的运用”课题研发者。                  

       举办“浅谈视唱练耳教学中的立体思维训练”、“视唱练耳的实用性训练”、“练耳学习中不容忽视的四个环节”等讲座；为重奏、室内乐学生举办专题讲座“室内乐作品中音准训练的小窍门”。参加中美、中法、中俄国际视唱练耳学术交流周活动，参演学生在交流活动的音乐会中有突出的表现。作为视唱练耳专业青年教师代表，参加“全国艺术学校专家评审活动”，所受公开课受到与会专家的广泛好评。附中举办的视唱练耳大赛中所授班级的学生分获一二三等奖的好成绩。留德期间应德国中国文化交流中心邀请举办“音乐欣赏之视听享受”讲座，多次被中国驻德使馆文化处邀请参加音乐交流活动。受邀担任北京市中等职业技术大赛的评委和培训专家，并获得优秀指导教师奖。 曾受聘于清华大学音乐活动中心、中央音乐学院继续教育学院，做过教师培训;曾任中国妇幼保健协会少儿体艺卫潜能开发委员会专家组副主任。2017年与上海师范大学音乐学院合作拍摄教学视频。

xiaoman Lu, associate professor of Solfeggio, Central Conservatory of Music.She was graduated from Wuhan Conservatory of Music Affiliated Middle School in Erhu major, and Central Conservatory of Music in Solfeggio major from Music Composition Department, whose professional instructor was Keyan Xiong.

Since holding the teaching profession after she stayed at school, she had acquired the master degree of Solfeggio major in the Central Conservatory of Music, whose teacher was Yuehua Hong.

Besides, she was the Scholar of the National Scholarship Foundation, the visiting scholar of the HfM Berlin in Germany, special invited network teacher and speaker in the Shanghai Normal University and the project developer of “the practice of Solfeggio music theory in music learning”. She held the lecture on "stereoscopic thinking training in Solfeggio Teaching", "practical training for Solfeggio" and "four links that can’t be ignored in the study of ear training".

She held the lecture for the duet and chamber music students about "tips for training intonation training in chamber music". She participated in the Sino US, Sino France and Sino Russian International Solfeggio Academic Exchange Week activities and had outstanding performance in the exchange activities of the concert. As the representative of young teachers of Solfeggio, she participated in the national expert evaluation activities of Art Schools, receiving wide praises from participating experts.
